The horse's hoofs beat deep into the sand of Egypt. The patrol was almost home, the next would be sent out as soon as these riders rode into camp. Still the Mad-jai kept there pace, watching for westerners looking for treasure never knowing what that treasure might cost them. It was the life they lead. Destiny was felt very heavily among these people. And as the sun set on the fearless men who were bound to guard this land with their very lives in the distance a soft cry of insanity came forth. A warning of evil not yet destroyed.
